Approved by Quality Council of India, NABET in Category A for (Sector 1) opencast mining and (sector 38) Construction for Environmental clearances of projects, he is majorly involved in planning and conducting geological explorations & studies, profiling of litho logical and mineralogical units /formations, geotechnical studies, grade analysis , feasible mine planning and designing , hydrogeological studies and water management , land use planning & procurement and Resource surveys.

GIS based Prospecting of new deposits, topographical surveys, mine planning, ore reserve estimation, interpretation of all details, i.e. data collection from core drilling as well as mine sites, data collection from fields, generation of EIA /EMP reports for various mining projects for environmental clearances from MOEF have bound his interest for over 25 years.

Manoj has also visited Germany, Italy, Switzerland and East and Middle Africa for geological exploration and activities related to stone marketing and business solutions.
